Effective date: 27 September 2026
Rolepath is operated by Kaj Aleksander Kulik, a sole trader in Australia, ABN 76 899 516 534. In these terms, “Rolepath”, “we” and “us” mean that operator, and “you” means the person using the service.
By creating a Rolepath account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Rolepath after that date means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially affects a paid subscription you hold, we will tell you by email before it takes effect for you.
Rolepath is an independent job-search assistant for the Australian market. With an account you can:
A Chrome extension for desktop Chrome is part of the product.
Rolepath never submits anything to an employer or a job board for you. You review every draft yourself and you submit every application yourself.
What is available varies with the listing and the application type. Some listings do not expose a full description or screener questions, so some features will not be available for them.
AI output can be wrong. Everything Rolepath generates is a draft and a starting point. Read it, edit it, and check that it is accurate about you before you use it anywhere.
You need an account to use Rolepath. Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a sign-in code, or you can sign in with the Google account that uses the same email address. Anyone who can read that email, or use that Google account, can sign in as you, so keep both secure.
You agree to give accurate account and profile information and to keep it current. An account is for one person. Do not share it, and tell us at support@rolepath.com.au if you think someone else has used it.
Rolepath is in a pre-launch state. Public sign-up may be unavailable, so it may not be possible to create a new account at the moment.
A paid Rolepath subscription of A$29 per month is coming soon. It cannot be purchased yet. Until subscriptions open, Rolepath takes no payments and does not collect payment details. What a subscription includes is shown in the Pricing section of our home page.
When subscriptions become available:
Prices may change. If they do, we will publish the new price and tell existing subscribers by email before it applies to them.
Use Rolepath lawfully and reasonably. Do not:
You remain responsible for your own conduct on any third-party website or platform you use alongside Rolepath, including complying with that platform’s own terms of use. Decide for yourself whether the way you use Rolepath fits those terms. What you send to an employer is your application, and you are responsible for it.
Rolepath is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to SEEK, or to any other job board, recruiter or employer. Names of other products and companies are used only to describe what Rolepath works with, and they belong to their respective owners.
You keep ownership of the content you put into Rolepath, including your resume, your profile details and your search preferences. You grant us the licence we need to run the service for you: to store that content, process it, and send the relevant parts to the providers that supply our infrastructure and our AI processing, so that Rolepath can produce the results you ask for. Our Privacy Policy explains who those providers are and what they receive.
That licence exists only so we can operate the service on your behalf. It ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from copies held in backups and anything the law requires us to keep.
Rolepath itself, including this site, the extension and the software behind them, stays ours. You may use it in the ways the service allows, and not in other ways.
Rolepath does not promise any employment outcome. It does not promise interviews, replies from employers, or a job. Rolepath helps you prepare and review applications; hiring decisions belong entirely to employers. Rolepath does not provide legal, migration or career advice.
Rolepath is under active development. Features can change, be added or be removed, and the service can be unavailable at times, including during maintenance or when a provider we depend on has an outage.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or under any other law that cannot be excluded. Where a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability for failing to meet it is limited, so far as the law allows us to limit it, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows: Rolepath is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for checking the drafts and information Rolepath produces before you rely on them.
You can stop using Rolepath at any time, and you can ask us to close your account and remove your data by emailing support@rolepath.com.au.
We can suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, if the account is used in a way that puts the service or other users at risk, or if we stop offering the service. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
What happens to your data when an account ends is described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
